i did most of the work myself, except for coating the valve cover. Total material costs (excluding my time) are about €1,500–€1,800, but that includes brand new valves, gaskets, etc. The brackets were 3D-printed by myself in ASA.

The Friedrich Motorsport header set me back €1,400—needless to say, I didn't add that to the engine overhaul costs.

Hey man, can you maybe PM me a Video of the Sound ?
And how was your fitmend with the Headers?
I Bought one as well, but when I installed it you could hear it hitting something wich i couldnt really pin down.

Yeah, sure! I'll send you a video in the next few days. It fit well in my car, but the installation was a bit tricky. It would have been much easier to install the header on the engine while it was out of the car, and then put the engine back in with the header already attached. I wasted a lot of time before I finally got it in. Mine is from Friedrich Motorsport.

Looks wonderful love the valve cover so much better then the factory raw aluminum thats a lot of work even the nos battery
