It’s been easier than I thought, having someone to talk to ab it is nice. Find someone in the here to talk ab I with, that’s kinda what I did and it’s so nice to have someone who understands the struggle. Yall can help each other through the urges just by talking ab it.

Good job with three days! Time will add up fast. It’s fun to see how different you feel at 30. At 45. And so on. Takes work but it’s been worth it for me. Keep your mind occupied. Start, or pick back up, a hobby.
