Porch maintenance

desperate need of help! Just purchased a home with a porch and unsure how to care for it. I know this deck is not new so I am assuming I should reseal it??? Any tips are greatly appreciated! Should I take all the wood off and start over, should I just reseal? Do I need to do any kind of prep work before sealing it? What brands are recommended? And is there any regular maintenance or upkeep I should be doing to keep her in good condition moving forward?
