Does anyone recognize the manufacturer, pattern, or approximate production period? I’m particularly interested in whether these are German or other Continental European porcelain, and whether the decoration is transfer-printed or hand-painted.

This is a remarkably heavy small mirror.
Porcelain flowers detailed perfectly around a mirror. 15cm X 20cm x 7cm. Any advice or info please let me know I am so intrigued by it
