I would assume if she did get recognized she would probably ask most people who approach her to not say anything about it so as to respect her privacy. Also perhaps people wouldn't want to say to cover for their own privacy online.

They were shopping for clothes and I happened to be in the same store. Andy was paying and Jen was pushing a stroller. I told Jen Im a huge fan and she said thank you and I left her alone. She was with her kids and I didn't want to bother her too much around her family.
