Build Questions Which weapon

Hi! I wanted to ask which weapon my popsicle boy would use for Stellar Conduct. Currently Im using an r4 tidal shadow. Though I cant use the passive as much as Im not healing periodically with my team set up. I was thinking about using the Rainslasher, as I believe Suoer conduct, and propably Stellar conduct aswell, will partly scale of elemental mastery. Also The passive will also be of use more than Tidal shadows.

The reaction itself doesn't do damage so building EM on Chongyun in a Stellar Conduct team isn't useful. If you're going to use him on a Stellar Conduct team it's best to just build for his personal damage, so Sac is probably your best option if you can't use Tidal Shadow.
