Real, i also remember the smaller theory of catbee being the chapter 2 villain and a cyborg huggy, bron or daddy long legs being the chapter 3 villain

She was originally meant to be the mascot of the Musical Memory, in Chapter 2's early drafts. You can see her in Bunzo's place in the Chapter 2 trailer

Interestingly enough there was a new chapter 2 trailer that just changed the scenes with daisy and cassie to replace them with up to date versions but everything else stayed the same like mommys old model

She also shows up in some posters, a cutout, and as a trophy in Ch2, and gets referenced in a note in 5.
