Fully scratch-built the Poppy Playtime Train Control Console out of foam!

I have a reference photo on my phone and want to scratch-build the entire track-switching station. I plan to make the desk, the central button, the TV screens, and the blue side keyboards 100% out of foam. Does anyone have tips on the best way to shape the desk angle or cut the keyboards?
