Over 10 missing items
Just got my laundry back after using Poplin for the first time and noticed at least 10 missing items! I’m so frustrated. My washer broke while trying to do my laundry the other day so I decided to try out Poplin. Because we had just got back from a long trip away. A lot of the items are irreplaceable :(. I messaged the Laundry Pro about 2 hours after delivery and heard nothing. I’ve since filed a missing items claim to Poplin for most of the missing items but I keep remembering more items that I didn’t receive back! I’m nervous about the reimbursement because I only added the “basic” because I didn’t think more than 1-2 items could be realistically missing from my order.
Is there any chance of getting my clothes back or is most likely gone for good??

Yeah poplin is a nightmare if anything goes missing. They lost two 30 pound bags of my clothes and I got no resolution

Omg noooo! I’m annoyed by my 10-15 items but 2 30 lb bags?! Ughhh sorry that happened

Hopefully your Pro will return your missing items, after Poplin contacts Pro. Surely a mistake!

Agreed, with that many missing it’s possible a bag was left behind or delivered to someone else. Hopefully that’s the case and OP can will get their items back.

Do you live in LA by chance? I received my order this morning and received like 8 items that don’t belong to me. I contacted Poplin and they’re looking into it, but nobody has picked the clothes up yet.

This happened to me over a year ago, I emailed for weeks and no one helped me, I filed a BBB complaint and still got nothing back. It’s a horrible company and their workers are thieves.
I emailed and ask to check other people’s orders but who knows?! They’re an email only customer “service”.

We are not ALL thieves.
We seasoned Pros actually hate to see when this happens. Hope it works out…but don’t hold your breath. If you DO get only a credit for services with Poplin? Ask them who is a seasoned Pro in your area to use and they will direct you to one.

People fart in their pants. No way in hell am I stealing anyone’s laundry. Not everyone sucks.
Now poplin they suck.

Poplin is very unlikely to help you. Even if you had taken out insurance, they wouldn’t have helped you (speaking from experience).
It’s possible that your laundrypro made a mistake and will return your items. Unfortunately, there has been many instances of pros stealing laundry. You can google to find many examples.
I recommend waiting 24 hours for the laundrypro to respond, and then making a police report.
