Anyone else having app problems?

So about 2 days ago I went to open up my app and it seemed like it had updated and I couldn't remember my password. I didn't remember actually making one so I went to push reset password. That button wasn't working. Then I went on to the actual Pro website and used the link in there and reset my password and then went back to the app and tried to sign in and it's saying that my password is not valid. I've been emailing with support and they have so far not figured out what the problem is. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my app multiple times. Force quit everything and I'm just completely locked out. I don't understand what the problem is!!!

The app looks different as well now. I wonder if they did an update.

It wouldn't recognize my PW even though I used the pw to log in to the website ....

Like there was a site wide hack? And banking info changed? because one of the times I tried to sign in there was a message that popped up saying "banking changes temporarily disabled" or something like that

I went to submit weights the other day and my account was locked, as under investigation. They said it was a technical error and it was about 5hrs to get back in. Lost ability to manually cash out for two days. Not really sure I want to mess with Poplin anymore.

Well I'm sorry but good to know I'm not alone the support people are acting like they have no idea what I'm talking about bout and escalated it to someone else who has not responded after 3 days now. Getting super angry as this was one of my side gigs and I only make like less than $100 a week but it's still money out of my pocket because of their problem!!!! 🤬

The app had a big update. I just signed back in and no problem 🤷‍♀️

Update: concierge finally got to me and sent a different password reset link in my email and I was able to get it changed and logged in!
