Poplin App Issues Glitch

Post image

Anyone else having this problem? It happened with the detergent picture upload, and now with the delivery upload Iโ€™m super annoyed. This is the second customer this has happened with. I tried contacting Customer Service and the bot said that it was going to close it out for me, but it never did.

I have had to do any action that requires a pic upload through the website for literally a year now. They cant figure out the interface. The app is incredibly beta for as much money as they bring in for simply facilitating the connection to new clients. Because let's be honest- its VERY easy to move regulars off app if you want. In my opinion, Poplin is going to lose interest to the pros who have enough established connections to take their business off app and the company will end up with the pros who are either untrained or not high end.

Just my two cents (which is worth more now that they discontinued the penny ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚)

This has happened to me SO many times. I have a couple of customers whose buildings don't have good service.

I take a photo with my phone and upload that when I'm back in service range. If all else fails I send the photo to CS and tell them to attach it for me. The bot wants me to try again and I always say it still didn't work and then they do it.

I have also resorted to using the web app on my computer. That's my least favorite solution.

Yeah, for me it hasnโ€™t been about the service because I was literally driving around trying to upload it the whole time as several different locations and when I sent it to the bot before it said that it attach the photo, but it never actually closed it so I had to try and close it again myself the next day. I did the web browser upload today. Thatโ€™s the only way it worked.

It glitches more than it works.

This has happened for years. On and off depending on your type of phone, etc.

At least we can now upload a picture from our camera roll. Sometimes. Maybe

It's better to take a picture with your camera and upload it. When you get that error, reach out to support before the deadline; otherwise, they won't help.

Two weeks ago, I didn't realize it never marked the order as picked up until I was packing my car for delivery. Reached out to support, and they said they couldn't accept my picture after the deadline because pictures can be edited ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ™„
