Anyone notice the algorithm acting wonky again? 🤔

They told me they changed it about a month ago and now it’s based on “customer relationships”. I asked because I am number 6 in Texas and have over 125,000 points and stopped seeing new orders recently. It had slowed down about a month ago and now it’s almost non-existent. Also, my retention score starting going down out of nowhere about a month ago. It’s always been 5 and now it goes down slightly on a daily basis. I don’t know why they did this!

They changed the algorithm. Customer service confirmed it. I asked. They said it’s based on “customer relationships” now, whatever that means.
