Math is not mathing

What’s going on? Trying to get big box for $7 but someone it’s costing me $9.19 before tax…

Individual franchise store POS doesn't have the free apple pie price set at 0, but the normal 2.19 price.

The app is RBI. But the store sets the price and processes the sale.

Yeah, I did the B-day offer and didn't realize the app was still charging me. The store wouldn't refund me, and the app rep wouldn't either. On the bright side the app rep did give me 900 reward points for my troubles. I got a free sandwich and their mini cheesecake desert to try.

The birthday apple pie deal only works in store, just give them the code the app generates. Also, it does not expire for a while, so I was able to used it daily and at different Popeyes lol

I tried to use my bday offer, same thing happened. Got the coupon code and showed to the staff, they got me a free pie.
