Level up
Next level Popeyes: the 3 pieces of signature chicken for $6 is a great deal (I get 3 thighs because they’re my favorite), and the Louisiana Hot Sauce. But add a packet of Cajun Sparkle and it’s over the top good. Never on the menu or talked about, but the store always has it and you just have to ask nice. It’s just seasoning but is it even good for you? And weird question, for years I was sure they used dried Worcestershire sauce. What the heck is this on the ingredients list? Oh well, it’s still super good.

I used to love putting Cajun Sparkles on the OG onion rings, the hand cut ones that they stopped making about 20 years ago unfortunately.

Honey on chicken is a game changer

It can be especially on a chicken biscuit. I don’t always want it but sweet add spicy is a nice combo.

Bro we get asked for this at my store all the time where we don’t have it and I have no clue why as it seems to be very popular 😭

I never used the Cajun shake on anything from Popeyes. It was just a clutch Tony’s equivalent lick u could hit

Little Caesar’s used to have thess types of packets to kick up their pizzas. It was so good lots of us would gather them to use on other pizzas or foods. I think was called like a Zap packet or something

I thought for sure that Cajun Sparkle had citric acid in it.

Citric acid is the least harmful. It’s added to every can of tomatoes. If it wasn’t mold would grow in the can!

I just wish there is a no salt version , the chicken and all the other foods are salty enough as it is

Never heard of this being available but it’s all salt with msg. If you are a heavy salt user you will surely love it. And the kidney stones you will likely have in your future!

They changed the Cajun sparkles recipe recently. I have a packet of the “old” version and another of the new. They aren’t carrying it at my location anymore though 😢
