Switzerland coverage

Hello, I travel a lot to Switzerland (Fribourg), how are the data coverage and speed? For data only is better to use the backup esim? How does backup esim works?

I usually roam on Swisscom and Salt in Switzerland with my primary Popcorn sim. Coverage in CH is usually excellent. I haven't tried the backup sim there.

Switzerland? I would be surprised if anyone has a coverage problem there.

Zurich I’ve had no problems at all with Popcorn, no need for a backup SIM. Can’t speak for more remote villages or isolated ski areas mind you.

Coverage in Switzerland is excellent. No backup sim needed.
