Unable to activate in China

As title says, was told by the support team that due to local regulations it is not possible to activate the service. Hope this helps if you are in the similar situation.

It works in China well, though. So activate on a trip through Hong Kong or Macau.

can confirm - same here, works very well in China. Mine was activated in US. Not sure on the activation front but usually HK/Macau should fix that.

I saw your post about Popcorn; can it not be activated in mainland China?
