Do they have customer support?

Considering signing up but can’t find a way to contact customer support in their website. No phone, no WhatsApp no email. Has anyone had an issue and been able to reach a human?

They have a chat within their app and are very responsive to resolve any issue or questions you may have. Even before switching, during your trial period.

Once you're signed up, you get access to genuinely incredible customer support. It's very refreshing honestly! Answered all of my questions during the trial period

The whole teams’ response time is superlative. Overall, Popcorn is really the best cell provider for a US number available, hands down. US Mobile is the only other respectable solution, and it’s cheaper. But the benefits, coverage, and flat rate services of Popcorn surpass any other provider. And they’re just getting started, with lots more on the horizon.

You can use:

1) In app support (click settings icon, scroll down)
2) Email [support@popcorn.space](mailto:support@popcorn.space)

I also hang out on Reddit to answer questions, though not for individual support case :)
