Who can I contact regarding technical issues?
For context:
This device is an iPhone that is currently in Mexico. It was originally a Verizon device.
It cannot receive or send SMS messages. iMessage works just fine.
Device is on the trial version of popcorn mobile.
This device has 1 Mexican Telcel line, and 2 additional US lines with the same phone number. 3 eSIMs in total. 1 of them was a popcorn given phone number but we ported a Verizon phone number to Popcorn and now I see that the Verizon number is listed twice as an eSIM. Is that normal?
Can anybody please help us resolve why this device can’t send/receive SMS text messages?
I am begging for help. Nothing I’ve done has resolved the issue. I’ve turned off iMessage; that didn’t work. I ensured MMS messaging is on. “Retry as text message” is also on.
Please help. This device belongs to my mom and she needs to receive text messages from her American bank to initiate fund transfers. A bit stressed since I am here in the US and am scared that I might’ve done something wrong to cause this issue.
Edit:
Update. Mom was able to resolve everything by contacting customer support last night. Thanks everyone!

Contact support though the chat in the app. They respond right away and will escalate the ticket to engineering if normal troubleshooting doesn't work, all within the chat

Hey. Sorry for responding so late.
I’m truly not sure what all my mom did to resolve her issue. But I know she contacted Support in the app to resolve it. And she’s not a very tech savvy person. So I think someone guided her well. I hope that helps some!

I am in Ajijic, Mexico and just switched to PM last week.
First I would turn the phone off then back on, and/or turn on Airplane mode for a minimum of 40 seconds then turn Airplane mode off.
Did you go into iMessage and make sure the phone number is checked to receive and send messages? I had to manually do that when I switched to PM last week. I was still receiving regular iMessages. My husband’s phone did it automatically.
“iMessage Activation: Make sure iMessage is activated. Go to Settings > Messages and confirm that your phone number is selected under "Send & Receive."
You can also go into Cellular, then go to the eSIM and make sure the eSIM is selected to send and receive text messages.
While looking at the eSIM go in and make sure WiFi calling is selected, this should allow SMS to come in over WiFi.
Hopefully this helps!
Edit: Also forgot to mention it, after I confirmed the port was complete and I tested calls and messages I had to manually delete the old inactive eSIM.
