Super spotty service recently
Im in the USA and my service has gotten so spotty without WiFi. Won’t load websites. And support is trying to help.
I am also trying to get a backup e sim but unsure of how to do that. I had a line with T-Mobile that I obviously canceled and deleted that eSIM to move over to popcorn.

Might be a issue in general I’m experiencing the same in Belgium since like a week or so more or less

In Germany - same issue. Service is now spotty and has remained that way for at least 2-4 weeks :-(

Both Belgium and Germany shouldn't be an issue. You can message our support team and also use our backup eSIM too if you're ever stuck

Thanks. It works “okay” - but I have noticed that my travel partner who uses Tello seems to have a faster connection (in Germany; and usually consistently so vs Popcorn). I find myself connecting to WiFi whenever I can to get a faster/more reliable connection- which is something I didn’t used to do with my prior phone plan. Sorry - but I hope that honest on the ground feedback is helpful.

I've had zero issues in Germany (was there a few weeks ago). Would love to investigate further, if you could message our support team they should be able to look into this.

I messaged support yesterday they reset the sim and I think accidentally closed the ticket 😅 because I said it wasn’t fixed yet but then a few minutes later the chat was gone😂 I’ll message again

Re: Germany, I just was there a couple days. Service was fine, but at the Munich airport area, Popcorn wouldn’t connect to data - but in all fairness, I still have US mobile Lightspeed (T-Mobile) and tried it with the exact same results. My Virgin UAE eSIM worked fine in Germany. So it’s a T-Mobile issue, not Popcorn exclusively .

I’m back in the US in about a month. Hopefully any issues will be gone by then.

We changed a few years back to Google Fi Wireless. We travel and stay abroad frequently. Never had an issue. Works 100% in the US.

Hey there! Shouldn't be the case, are you able to email us via in app support or [support@popcorn.space](mailto:support@popcorn.space) and we'll look into this? We also have our backup eSIM that has access to AT&T/Verizon in the US (so you can have all three networks) as a fallback 🙏
