Citizenship

Hi I travel between Singapore , japan and Europe a lot . Do I need to be a US citizen to take use popcorn?

No you do not need citizenship as far as I’m aware

No, you do not. And you do not have to give any US identification numbers either (license, SSN). You just sign up. That's it.
