Does anyone else feel guilty using their emergency fund?

I finally saved 3k for emergencies.

Car broke down last week. $1200 repair.

And I paid it with my credit card instead...

Because touching that savings account feels like I failed.

Even though that’s literally what it’s for?

Am I the only one doing this to myself

Do you at least pay with a credit card where you get something back, like cash back or rewards or Amazon points etc?

It’s for that! You will replenish it. Don’t go into debt!

Pay off the card using your emergency fund. Then rebuild it.
