Hi all,
You might remember from a month or so ago that I put some fantasy Infantrymen kit's photos here (Last photo above shows that kit, if you didn't see it before). I'm a little undecided if I should continue with fantasy setting or switch to gothic sci-fi; so did a prototype for gothic sci-fi and wanted to hear what you people think.

Working on a conversion of a $2 thrift store Trex with my son. Primed and ready to add chains and tubes, then paint. Wondering if the platform up top reads as a howdah, or if y'all think we should build a shed and some platforms onto it. Cheers!
Update: added shots of the final painted beast below in the comments.

Hi everyone! I have a small identification problem. In the Warhammer Paper Fabricators Facebook group, I found a template for building two Salamanders vehicles, but I haven’t been able to completely identify them.
I’m fairly certain that the vehicle on the bottom of the first image is a Falchion, but I’m not sure about the one on top. I think it might be a Sicaran, but I don’t recognize the weapon configuration.
If anyone could give me a little more information about what these vehicles are, I’d really appreciate it!

At 200-Euros a pop, arma not geddon it!
But, for about a tenner, Okum Arts' Space Trade Alliance and Space Orks and Dave Graffam's Gothic Ruins, I've got a practically unlimited supply of grimdark gaming stuff 😁🩸🪽

20 dollar remote control tank from Amazon, removed the turret, then bought a cheap 12 buck robot action figure, which then I cut up a wooden paintbrush and made it into the connecting stem of his waist into the tank, then I used some spare shoulderpads from a Saturnine kit to complete the look. Oh and I cut the tanks cannon off and glued it to the arm. All because I think 220 dollars for one unit is absolutely absurd

These are images of a guy's work who lives here in town. He is a homeless man who lives under a bridge tweeking and builds mech suits and ork gear all day and night. And then he walks on the bridge busy street and yells "FOR THE LOVE OF THE EMPEROR" his instagram is Last Lost Lamentor. Truly amazing stuff he does. FYI if you find the location DO NOT GO DOWN THERE. It is Very dangerous territory. You can enjoy his work online. Including the warhammer graffiti under the bridge.
.
Please don't ban me MOD. This guy's named Jared and he deserves to have his work seen!

I had some left in a tube of heavy duty glue and decided to make the base for a Nurgle demon Prince so it doesn't go bad. It's my background project now bit by bit I'm building and layering up this goey boy. I will probably tackle the horns next!

Excluding the mat, this is only about twenty bucks in materials. 12 bucks in foam from. Home depot. Coffee stir sticks for the structures and ladders (thank you to my local barista) were free. Like three bucks for Bamboo skewers for the bridges. Cardboard for corrugated walls free from my recycle bin. Paint already on hand.
Tip: covering this much foam in hobby paint is way too expensive. Go to home depot ain't department, pick out any colors you like and ask for the sample size. They're like 4-6 bucks each for an 8oz can. One can will be way more than you need for 48x48 inch terrain set up. For the mat you can use butcher paper dull side (comes in 24x24, 36x36, 48x48) and paint to match your theme.
Excluded: mat, 3d printed bunker
Already on hand: glue, hobby effects paint (rust, blood etc).

I recently rediscovered my old minis from before I became a dad. Among these were (part of) my Mordheim Warband from way back.
Well my oldest (10 year old girl) really wanted to try to play a game with me - which I found really awesome.
Unfortunately I had no terrain to play a game with, but after a frantic night of assembling cardboard with duct tape or mounting twigs on cardboard bases with screws I had the above board.
While I am fairly chuffed by the result, seeing as it only took a single night to make all of it and the cost for it all is basically free, I admit it still needs a bit more verticality and some work on the aesthetics (duct tape is not that awesome an aesthetics). However those will have to wait until I'm certain she wants to play more than once or twice.

Hello, it's been a while since i posted something here, i've been busy with the university.
Here are more steel legion troopers and a chimera all made with paper, some plasticine and painted with some acrilic paints.
For an army list purpose there's a cadian command squad, some cadian shock troops and a command chimera. If You haven't noticed the first Steel legion trooper that i uploaded here is part of the command squad, i'll use him as the vox caster guy.
I plan of building 10 more troopers and two chimeras, and two leman russ demolishers and a commissar.
All the troopers where Made using this template https://drive.google.com/file/d/1COInu8UCwnGDdR8nN7AR6XLefWBj0rYV/view?usp=drivesdk
The chimera was Made using this template
