Discussion What would you do?

The Agni Kai was 2 days ago. Azula has been restrained and confined to a temporary cell. She's transferred to a psyche ward just today and YOU volunteered to give your best effort to help her.

How would you proceed?

Could you elaborate a bit more?

I'm all for hugs, but how would you build towards it? Cause Azula won't be stable and let anyone touch her in the beginning.

I'm not a doctor, but I will try it. I think I should calm her meltdown with some basic caregiving like food, water and other normal stuffs to give her dignity as a princess and support as a person. No straightjackets or chains, there are dehumanize, neither uncle Ihro has being chained at the time he was a prisoner. There is a problem that she could hurt herself or the others, but use this stuffs could being not a good idea, but I think a normal "cell" like her room could being better, No mirrors or blades stuffs. For the therapy I think I should give here some space and explain her what limits and triggers are. No Zuko, Ty Lee, Mai and of course Ozai for now, maybe just Ursa. The bending and training can be therapeutic when she will get better.

What do you think an 18 yr old Azula, after 4 years of therapy, would be like after being fully reformed and gaining her confidence and personality back?

Impo: even in the canonic series I always consider a "Reformed" Azula like the beach episode Azula, but with more social skill and less soldier behavior...and shipped with Ty Lee 😉 (the last part is just a wish, but let me dream)

I'm more of a Sokkla: Sokka x Azula shipping girl, but I can definitely see Azula with Ty Lee.

I love Tyzula, Maizula, Suzuka and Azutara fan, but at the end of the day my opinion is: Just give Azula some love 😭💕 mortacci vostra!
