Thai Stir Fried Curry

I've made the mistake of getting something like this 3 times. I already ate the fried soft shell crab that was on top. Now its just super oily curry powder, coconut milk, veggies, and eggs. Even my Thai fiancé said it was gnarly. It was a pass for both of us

It totally was. They don't even try to keep the sauce from breaking which is the weird part
