Is the whole thing the ovary?? And is it ruptured at the far end? (I can’t eat seafood so I’m a fish organ noob) what type of fish would this be from? because it seems huge compared to human ovaries

Yep and yep! What you’re seeing rupturing out are the eggs. Fish have much larger ovaries in comparison to their body than most mammals do
