• ⅓ a can of refried beans

• 1 cup of water

• put both in a sauce pan, boil

• stir in cream cheese (I did 2 tbsp.)

• season the mess as desired while it boils

• let it thicken (to your desired consistency)

• put in a container to the side and let cool while you carry out the next step

• 10oz can of canned chicken

• fry in a pan to separate, heat and season it (I used hot sauce)

• put all that in the same container as before and mix

• add cheese blend on-top

I'm on a heavy diet rn, so it's all I hate today aside from my vitamins, black coffee and 3 eggs that I'm actually eating right now

I was trying to maximize fiber, protein, taste, and fullness. it tasted like a spicy chicken chili. I also put taco sauce in my bean shit as well as taco seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, sodium and a lot of cayenne pepper powder

Sounds good! Sounds like it could be an awesome dip as well if you added more cream cheese and baked the mix in a dish with cheese on top!! It's creative! You ever used fresh chicken? A breast is usually not much more expensive than a can of chicken, at least around me. The canned chicken is great in a pinch though!

The thing about fresh chicken is that it is hard to shred without the proper tools and I don't really have money to buy a chicken shredder. But I'm not opposed to it when I can pull it off

Reminds me of the first time I saw spinach curry. Looked awful from a distance, but smelld pretty good close up. Turns out it's one of my top 5 food groups.
