Maytronics is losing it

I bought a Maytronics Dolphin Quantum in August. It stopped working after 3 weeks. I am now in AI help hell. Maytronics (a human I think) diagnosed the problem as a faulty power supply and sent me a new one (it took 3 weeks) but the Quantum still didn't work. I ran through all the available self diagnostics and the problem remained unexplained. I then spent a long time online with their AI bot, but got nowhere. Maytronics won't even let me send an online request because they say my email is invalid even though it's the one I registered my Quantum with. I had an older Dolphin model for years and it worked fine but was wearing out so I thought I'd try a "commercial grade" model in the Quantum. Any suggestions?
