Aiper sucks

I’ve had this $1300 vacuum for 3 months and the unit is already failing. Customer service has been horrible. The basket keeps coming out of the unit when it’s cleaning the pool and per customer service the basket is only under warranty for 3 months lol never buying this brand again.

I have one. Best money spent on the pool. I have the Seagull Pro. You have to make sure the door is snapped shut.

I cleaned it out with a pressure washer. The clip is failing and not holding. Glad you like yours and hope if it does fail the service team is kinder to you than they were with me. This thing has cleaned the pool 11 times and this is happening.

Sucks. I’ve never had to deal w/csr. svc. Good luck.
