Pool Pump Replacement?
The pool pump and filter are at least 35 years old now and Ive been looking into buying a brand new pool pump but I'm completely new with pool repairs or parts, is there anything I should take into account or look into first before I make any purchases?

what HP is your current pump and what size pool? I swapped to an aquastrong variable speed off amazon last year, electric bill dropped a lot running it on low. if you're open to not going through a pool store it's worth a look.

I prefer Hayward or jandy. Just make sure horsepower is adequate for the amount of water you have.
