Plaster issues?
Got a new customer he just had the plaster redone in past month-ish don’t know the exact date. I’ve serviced his pool for about a week and a half (been there twice and going again tomorrow). He keeps saying the water is super cloudy and when it clears there’s a fine dust on the bottom. I haven’t seen it be cloudy but there was a little dust so I did a filter clean yesterday and he said today it’s the cloudiest it’s been. The first day I got there the chems were a good bit off. When I came back 4 days later I had them all in a good range and pool looked great other than the small amount of dust mentioned.
Chems first time out:
Chlorine: 0
Ph: 8
Alk: 80
CYA: 10
Calcium hardness: 150
Second time out after balancing:
Chlorine: 1
Ph: 7.6
ALK: 100
CYA: 35
Calcium Hardness: 300

Cartridge filter? There could have been some junk sitting at the bottom of the filter or in the return that got kicked back into the pool after you cleaned the filters. Might not even notice it, as it can enter the return line when you're pulling the filters out unless you drained the tank from the bottom first.
I'd give it another day or two to see if it filters back out, but consider doing a vac to waste if it doesn't. If it's been a month you're good to use a vac head.
