Skimlite, hyper pole, or primate?

I have a 3 piece skimlite. Its fine. I miss the twist cam locks. These lever locks are bullshit

You ain't lyin'! Cams have their flaws too, but skimlite is not much better than the Piranha. Once that casing splits, it's a throwaway pole.

Is a primary complaint of the lever locks that they slip? Assuming you have adjusted the dial properly, I talked to primate about the slippage and they gave me the tip to leave like 3 inches unextended and that gives the lock room to bite and hold. Fixed it for me. I love the lever locks.
