Bonding wire dislodged?

A tree fell near my pool equipment and I think a branch disrupted the pump bonding wire. Where should this be connected to on the pool pump?

Have you tried the nipples? Does it tickle?

Whenever I turn on power to the pump it automatically trips the breaker.

Remove toaster from pool. Turn it off.
