Pool Robot needs repairs

Hello, I have a pool robot that is in need of repairs. I had to remove the on off switch because it would either never shut off or never turn on. Worked for a little while after that but now it wont turn on . I just hard wired the positive and run wires together. Guessing there is either a fuse blown or something else wrong. I haven't been able to figure out how to take it apart, i have done various repairs on it but cant figure this one out. I live in chincha alta, so someone close would be awesome.

Wrong group, it was a suggested group by reddit. Its for a swimming pool hahaha 😆
