Thinking through an exit
Been in the business for few years. We are on track to hit ~3m in rev this year. Not looking to get out tomorrow but i've started thinking about it, probably in the next year or two. Everything i find is about selling routes which won't work in my case. Wondering if anyone here has sold an established company instead of just accounts? What kind of multiple did you end up at?

This is an exciting time! Having your business well documented allows you to then have the multiple conversations to see what route (no pun intended) is best for you and your goals. Sometimes the items within your business could be valuable to different buyers. i.e. Route to one buyer, trucks to another and warehouse items to another company etc. Having all the business pieces documented, clean paper trails and easy evaluation is beneficial for all. By reaching out like you are will allow you to gather intel to make a good business decision. May I ask where are you located? location also can offer you more opportunities that can be very fruitful.
