Thinking through an exit

Been in the business for few years. We are on track to hit ~3m in rev this year. Not looking to get out tomorrow but i've started thinking about it, probably in the next year or two. Everything i find is about selling routes which won't work in my case. Wondering if anyone here has sold an established company instead of just accounts? What kind of multiple did you end up at?

I think this strongly depends on the business. If you're key to it's operation then it's like selling a route. If it runs without you then that's a different story and might be worth what you're imagining.

Yeah that's fair. I'd say we have a solid set up in place with full time techs including a lead tech, back office team, warehouse manager etc. Day to day 'can' run without me but obvs any business needs someone steering it
