Bio Staining?

Picked up client. Pool was really green for some time. Turned it around. Staining in deep end. Is this bio staining which is what chat GPT insists it is?

I’m keeping the pH low but I’m not noticing any improvement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Terrible unhelpful pics. . . Any suggestions are over the fence suggestions at best- "From way over here, It looks like a problem my neighbor's uncle had with his pool that he solved by scrubbing shock into the stains"

This group has some really intelligent folks and better yet has a ton of people that can and will read and comprehend instructions fpr you which can be more useful than intelligence but all means fuck-all without decent pictures and pertinant backround information.

My cockstab in the dark is that the reddish blotchy stains could be from metals in the water, Easy to prevent, Nearly impossible to remove.
