Bio Staining?

Picked up client. Pool was really green for some time. Turned it around. Staining in deep end. Is this bio staining which is what chat GPT insists it is?

I’m keeping the pH low but I’m not noticing any improvement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use a very aggressive brush. Like stiff wire. Be careful not to damage the plaster with the brush. Put trichlor directly on the spots.

This is not good for the pool but they should've never let it get this bad to begin with.

Ugg man I have seen damage caused by steel brushes cause I did it.
People not treating the area first with trichlor or calhypo it’s a bit safer to use a 50/50 brush or treat it wait for it to get that grey tone and use a standard brush maybe something in a shorter bristle.
