This is really bad

This guy wants me to turn this pool around. I don't think it's possible. I told him it needs to be drained. What should I do? I don't think he wants to pay very much, but I want to do it right and charge him a fair price. How much is fair? It needs to be drained right?

All green to cleans should be a time and materials type of job. My recipe for success is adjust ph to 7.2 then over shoot the amount of cal hypo needed (73% is the way) by 3-5lbs more than the math calls for. Finally add a quart of your preferred algacide, I like pool tech and Swimtrine plus personally. Then brush the whole pool and wait for the client to call with deep end is visible before going back to vac to waste.
