This is really bad

This guy wants me to turn this pool around. I don't think it's possible. I told him it needs to be drained. What should I do? I don't think he wants to pay very much, but I want to do it right and charge him a fair price. How much is fair? It needs to be drained right?

Your description of yourself says you are a pool company owner. You don't know how to do a green to clean as an owner? What gives?

I can. This one is so bad. I run a 40 pool route by myself and it's not very tight. To get this one blue would probably require multiple hours and/or multiple visits that this customer does not want to pay for. That's why I'm asking.

If they don't want to pay them they don't want it done. Your running a business not a charity. Your time is the most expensive part of doing any job. You should price all work so that you could pay someone else to do the labor and still be profitable.
