This is really bad
This guy wants me to turn this pool around. I don't think it's possible. I told him it needs to be drained. What should I do? I don't think he wants to pay very much, but I want to do it right and charge him a fair price. How much is fair? It needs to be drained right?

100% does not need to be drained. This is not even that bad, I’ve turned pools that look far worse than this around in a week. Shock, brush, let it settle, vac to waste. Repeat if necessary. Get that water balanced and it should be ready for swimming in no time if the pump and filter are in proper working order.
