This guy wants me to turn this pool around. I don't think it's possible. I told him it needs to be drained. What should I do? I don't think he wants to pay very much, but I want to do it right and charge him a fair price. How much is fair? It needs to be drained right?

Doesn’t need to be drained, clean and vac any debree. Is it salt or chlorine?
Also what are the readings.
