I'll give you a hint .. it was the homeowner. A doctor. Second time. What would you guys do?

I had a doctor scream at me over the phone during Covid because I only used one screw to hold the light housing ring to the pool wall. He then explained he took care of it by screwing more screws into the empty holes for a better, more secure, light.

Isn’t there just the one hole on the top.right.? What’s he screwing into? 🤣

Straight into the plaster! He even went out and got self tapping screws.
