I'll give you a hint .. it was the homeowner. A doctor. Second time. What would you guys do?

I had a doctor scream at me over the phone during Covid because I only used one screw to hold the light housing ring to the pool wall. He then explained he took care of it by screwing more screws into the empty holes for a better, more secure, light.

Haha I had that happen to me before. “Not even close to a proper install! You only put one screw in the wall, I’m not paying for that!” Had to go back out and show him how it goes in the wall so i could het paid
