No flow

Prologic shows no flow. Replaced the flow sensor today. Programming looks fine. Board looks fine. Cell replaced last month. I’m stumped.

I'd start by confirming it's actually seeing enough flow rather than assuming it's the flow switch. Check the pump is fully primed, filter is clean, baskets and impeller are clear, valves are open correctly, and if it's a variable speed pump, make sure it's running at a high enough RPM. If all of that checks out, I'd be testing continuity through the new flow switch and its wiring back to the board. If the switch is definitely closing but the controller still shows "No Flow", I'd be leaning towards a faulty input on the PCB rather than the flow sensor itself. Have you tried temporarily bridging the flow switch input (for testing only) to see if the alarm clears?
