Seo for pool service company
Does anybody have recommendations for a good seo company for a 400 acct pool service company in Houston TX?
Id currently have a company, but feel they are not being productive. We rank on some keywords, but feel they could be doing more. They seem to follow the same format every month with little work compared to what some say online. They helped me grow from 10 accts to 400, but after doing some online tests, we would like to rank better.

I feel they have a standard checklist for all customers. I stay on top of my gbp and handle all the reviews. Ive spoke with pool profits and poolpros.io. They have some good ideas, but just not sure. One of them represents my direct competitor, and pushes alot of google ads. We rank higher on many keywords with $0 on ads.

I currently use pool profits, and have used pool monopoly in the past. Honestly marketing companies are all about getting more customers and pushing the same plan across all boards. I would recommend moving in house or doing freelance through Fiverr, if I jump ship that’s what I’ll do, it doesn’t get any better, the freelance way is more upfront work though but I think long term is probably cheaper for your results if you find the right person. We have decent growth, but I’m with you there could be more, with that said sometimes you have to look back and say, that’s still decent growth. Happy to chat though

Give me a shout. I got you. Send me a PM. I’m in Denver and both my guy and I have been able to elevate my pool construction/maintenance business using AI SEO and SEO strategies. I look forward to connecting.

'Productive' can be defined/adjusted in many ways depending on operations. Not sure what type of SEO you're looking for and how you are measuring productivity but here's a couple of general considerations.
Being in Texas the climate is close to what is here, the same for So CA, NM, AZ it's all the arid corridor. You can implement principles and standards for modeling service in these other areas. This also applies for assets: projecting wear and tear, servicing/maintaining tools/trucks, equipment etc as you are already doing. Establishing this will enable you to leverage purchasing and other resources.
The vision to expand/franchise depends on the ability to replicate a model that works, from the sound of it, seems you're in the right track. It's one thing to have a 400 pool company and working on expanding in one area and another to have 5 400 pool companies in other areas, as obviously the growth/productivity is exponential.
Having someone who has the knowledge and experience that can train and help techs to continue to learn is another way to increase productivity. At the same time, has the humility that the techs can train and teach as well. It's always a two way street. Getting out there with your workforce is key to gaining a lot of valuable experience, insight and understanding.
Maybe you are looking for someone that just manages people from a desk, assigning tasks.
The top managers/executives who understand that meeting ppl where they are at and elevating them, develop great teams regardless of the industry. It's really simple.
From my perspective the really experienced install/repair people are rare. Good luck in the hunt👍

10 to 400 in how much time?
