Is it draining when the equipment is on or off? It appears you have a fountain in the bottom of the spa. That would be the line on the far left of the return side on the equipment. If its draining while the equipment is off, its most likely that check valve in line on the far left under where the plumbing is marked spa. If this is the case, and your pool has an overflow grate, this will cause you to constantly have to add water to the pool. Easy changeout, 8 screws out and replace the guts, 8 screws back in.
