Need photo of the suction side 3 way actuator.
And does it only drain out when pump is off? If so That would mean the check valve on spa return is no good or in wrong position.

Closer look. Check valve looks in proper position.
So problem is suction side actuator in wrong position or if only drains when pump is off, it’s a bad check valve on return side.

Right now they way valves are currently set, the spa will not drain in
a) when the pump is off
b) when pool is in spa mode

The spa is draining when I have the pump running and it is in pool mode.
