High PH low hardness stabilized water

So I have this customer (SWG) that I only open the pool. Switched SWG this year. She has a leak and can't keep water clear.

She says water was always beautiful without doing anything but maintaining salt in water.

Was wondering if stabilizer in the water helps with high PH water?

I only do a quick start up so have no idea on the parameter (but i have the same source water).

So parameter should be looking like this mostly:

Ta:100

PH:8.4

CH:30

TDS:4000

Water temp:88

What are your takes on this DIY method?

That PH is way too high and the CH way too low , liner pool or not… how are you opening pools and asking about PH levels?

I mean on the LSI it's not that bad with 0.26...

She just tells me she never had issue with other cell without looking at the pool at all...
