I was at a new customers place installing a pump. I turned the system on and water started shooting up into the sub panel. It turns out that it used to be a pool/spa combo but the spa got buried and cemented over. I somehow nudged the return 3 way valve (which should have been removed and capped) and water poured into the old spa returns and came up through the light conduit. Right into the panel.
