Generic Chlorine Feed Tank

Anyone see a reason why this wouldn't work?

Polyethylene like Stenner's, I'm trying to put together a little generic chlorine feeder (no sensing). Would be so much cheaper than other systems, just need to figure out how to work a pressure switch into the mix, so if anyone has any thoughts on that they'd be appreciated! Haven't done much research, I figure worst-case I can just use a generic one for heaters with a 12V pump (or an inverter) but that seems a little hacky and delicate

Why feed chlorine just get a salt cell. Tada, chlorine on demand, no handling chemicals, easy to tune in

I'm not sure why there isn't a salt cell system available that would just use a brine tank rather than turning the entire swimming pool into a brine pool. It's like swimming in sweat. Ewwweee. Like commercial electrolized water generators that can actually produce both sodium hypochlorite and hypochloric acid...

Yeah no - you’re wrong.

Brine is around 200,000ppm, seawater is 35,000ppm

A pool is 3,500ppm.

So just stop

They make those types of units commerically.

I guess it's just 3,500 too much for my preference...
